Four Decades of Doing It Right

Farm Maintenance was started by Randy Warren, a Columbia, Tennessee native, on one simple promise: do the work right and stand behind it. Forty years on, we are still the crew Middle Tennessee landowners call when a fence line runs for thousands of feet or a barn roof starts taking on water.

We work mostly on large farm and horse properties, where the details matter across every foot and the work has to hold up to weather, animals, and time.

Honest work that lasts.

What We Do

The Work We Do Best

No. 01

Long Farm Fence Building

Four-board wood fence built for the long runs, from posts and corners to lines well over a thousand feet. We have built six miles of fence on a single property.

  • Straight, true lines built to last decades
  • Gates, corners, and boxed wire done right
  • Built for horse farms and working land

No. 02

Farm Fence Painting

Paint, not stain, in black, white, or brown. Two full coats, edges and undersides covered, none of the rushed one-coat work that fades in a season.

  • Two full coats, every time
  • Undersides and edges never skipped
  • Protects the wood from sun, rot, and weather
No. 03

Barn Roof Coating

Rusted tin barn roofs sealed and recoated with resin aluminum or white elastomeric coating. We reset the fasteners, patch the seams, and stop the leaks.

  • Often a fraction of a full replacement
  • Stops leaks and slows the rust
  • Protects the animals and equipment below

We are the crew that shows up, does it right, and stands behind it, the same way Randy has for forty years.

No over-promising. No cut corners. No disappearing after the deposit.

Why Farm Maintenance

Reliable On The Big Jobs

Large properties need someone dependable. Too many landowners have had a guy who over-promised, cut corners on the paint, or simply stopped answering the phone. That has never been us.

We specialize in the work most handymen will not take on: thousand-foot fence runs, full-property paint jobs, and old barn roofs that need saving before they need replacing. And we paint a fence the right way, with two coats and the undersides covered, so it holds up the way it should.
